Throughout my career, as a Human Resources leader, it was always top of mind for me to be able to reach and have an impact on the individual as well as the company. Finding the delicate balance and nuanced interplay was like a dance with your partner, ensuring that each step is intentional and harmonious.

It took time and much reflection to realize that I wanted to focus and have a deeper understanding of individual needs and aspirations which led me to pursue coaching. I am dedicated to truly understanding and supporting people on a personal level. My own transition from corporate life to coaching allows me the opportunity to dive deep into individual growth and transformation, which is incredibly fulfilling.

Worked with The Seagram Spirits & Wine Group in the US and Argentina as a business partner and then an expatriate who was focused on harmonizing local businesses with corporate culture, e.g. cross-cultural communication.
Led Human Resources for Montblanc's North American business at The Richemont Group, driving strategic initiatives, talent development, and organizational growth.
Partnered with the Insurance Division of Everest Group as a Talent Development Specialist during a period of transformational growth, fostering a strong company culture, providing internal coaching for mid-to-senior-level leaders, and facilitating development programs.

Personal Life
I live with my spouse of over 40 years. Our two wonderful adult children, along with their spouses and now a new grandchild, bring immense joy to our lives. I am lucky to be surrounded by close family and friends who continually inspire and enrich my world as we journey through this life together. These relationships have profoundly shaped my coaching philosophy, enabling me to better guide others in reaching their true potential.
