With a background in Human Resources, talent development, and facilitation training, I provide a personalized coaching experience designed just for you. In a confidential space, we’ll reflect on what’s working in your life and explore the challenges you wish to overcome. All initial sessions are complimentary and will range from 30 to 45 minutes via Zoom.
Additional sessions via Zoom or in-person (location permitting) are one hour (sixty minutes).
